I'm so excited about this addition to the service that I can offer to you, but I can imagine that you might have a few questions. I'll try to answer those here, and if you have a question I haven't dealt with then please let me know and I'll let you have an answer as soon as possible.
Where do I go to order online from you?
You can find my online shop here (the link will take you straight there). You will be asked to set up an account, and when you order through my own online shop your order will automatically come through to me.
Alternatively, you can access my online shop through the Stampin' Up! UK website. Again, you will be asked to create an account, but you will need to make sure you select me (Becki Ritson) as your Demonstrator.
Will it cost me any more to order online?
Absolutely not! Prices will be exactly the same online as they are in our catalogues, so you will pay the same amount for your products whether you order through my online shop or from me in person.
Where will my order be delivered?
You can choose to have your order delivered to you direct, or to have it delivered to me, so you can collect it.
What will the shipping cost be?
If you choose to have your order delivered to you direct, then shipping will be charged at a flat rate of £4.95, regardless of the value of your order.
If you wish to collect your order from me, then I can let you have a code to use. This way, your items will be added to an order that is already coming to me, and I will be able to share the shipping cost with you. My intention is to display the current order code on my Facebook business page - please contact me if you need the code but don't use Facebook.
Doesn't online mean impersonal?
Not at all! I will continue to offer Stampin' Up! parties and my class programme will continue exactly as before. I love these far too much to ever give up doing them! You will still get the same level of personal service that you have always received from me, whether you deal with me online or in person.
What if I don't want to order online?
You don't have to! You will still be able to place your order by telephone, by email or in person - all the ways that you use at the moment. The online ordering service isn't meant to replace current ways of ordering, it is intended to give you an extra choice.
